Ratcliffe training conducts training with a difference. No longer will you be expected to sit through theoretically heavy training programs which are lost on staff. Our approach is a more practical one which gets the point across and keeps everyone awake!
Training is currently done by an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive experience in solving HR issues and equipping managers and staff via practical training techniques. Marsha Waithe has worked in the U.K, U.S.A and Barbados and has gained her qualification from Leicester Business School (U.K) in the Master of Management of Human Resources. Marsha has been trained by one of the Chartered Institute of Personeland Development's centers of excellence.
